General:
We aim to process, pack and ship your order within 2 Business days of cleared payment. For your safety and ours, we have a complex method of shipping. Do not send emails asking if the order shipped or when it will ship. We try our best to get it out within 48 hours of cleared payment, your account will update and we will notify you.

Registered Mail:
This is the recommended method and a signature is required for Registered Airmail. The transit time is approximately 10 to 21 business days to the USA and 10 to 14 business days to the EU. The price is 19 USD if the total is less than 200 USD. For a total of more than 200 USD this option is free.

Unregistered Mail:
A signature is not required for Unregistered Mail. Transit time is approximately 14 to 21 business days to the USA and 10 to 14 business days to the UK and EU. The price is 19 USD if the total is less than 200 USD. For a total of more than 200 USD this option is free. This method is not trackable. There is no reship policy with Unregistered Mail.

APO/AFO Addresses:
We can ship to US Armed Forces, choose Registered Air. Usual transit time is about 21-28 Business Days. Mail gets routed to USA and then to your location.

Customs Letter:
We offer a reship with a valid Customs Letter to a new address, USA only. We will reship only once to a new name and clean address (including zip code).

UK Orders:
We will only ship by Express Mail Service, this cost is 50 USD or 30 GBP. You MUST add this to your order total. We will ONLY ship by Express to the UK.

Canada:
We can ship to Canada. Reship policy is a reship with Customs Letter submission for 50% of original price.

Australia and NZ:
We will not ship to Australia or New Zealand.
